Fired for drinking off duty

    So i basically have to pull my dac to see what they wrote?

    Im confused, no drinking occurred in the truck, it was searched, nothing found.

    I don't understand, first post you drank a beer, second post you didn't drink at all. Which one is it?. If you didn't drink on the truck or property you might be OK. But saying that I don't know what the companies drug and alcohol policy is, you know the one you sign before getting behind the wheel of the truck. It could be drinking in the truck, company property, or showing up to work drunk. You should of told them you wanted a alcohol test done, you had nothing to loose right?

    True as your post is, I will add this: OP, you got fired for talking too doggone much. Who runs their mouth to the guard? The guard ain't nobody!

    So you mentioned home time, but then you're talking about the security guard at your terminal. Did you spend your home time at the terminal?
