Put something real heavy in the nose It's not as rare an occurrence as you would think. Just takes a forklift operator that's inexperienced combined with the very common phenomenon of not thinking before acting.

If you carefully eye down the side of the trailer above the shoved out gear you can see at least a 10 foot sink in the wall indicating a one hell of a lean on by another trailer.

Well if you post your location @Chinatown can give a suggestion for a company that overlooks equipment damage.

 

Looks like a careless drop coupled with faulty landing gear. Pulled out much too quickly with the landing gear too high.

 

Thats a better view. Its safe to assess that trailer as totaled. Might as well whistle up a new one.

 

You know the tandems are all the way too the back. It was too much weight up front, I think I am cosigning with a previous poster
