Fired for load shift, deemed preventable by safety.

Having an incident during the 3.5 months you drove basically negates your experience altogether. Even if the job posting doesn't say it, "safe driving" is an implied part of the experience requirement. If you don't mind me asking, what did safety put on the paperwork you had to sign after your incident? I'm curious if you might be able to dispute some of the information they're reporting to DAC.

 

Have you looked at beer distributors and similar merchandising companies in your area? They're always looking for drivers because of turnover. Even if they won't hire you to start driving immediately, you could get on as a driver helper or warehouse worker. If they know you've got a CDL, they're gonna get desperate at some point and send you on a run. What you need is someone willing to take a chance on you. Until they do, you want to have some kind of employment to keep your work history going. Maybe you can kill two birds with one stone.

 

As @MSWS posted, beverages companies usually give drivers a 2nd chance.
Pepsi, Coke, Budweiser, and also their contractors hire cdl drivers.
