1. Attention employers: We now require a valid DOT# for anyone wishing to post a driving position. If your job offer doesn't contain a DOT number, it will not get past moderation and will not appear in the forum. The other requirements in the sticky at the top of this section are still required as well. Thank you for understanding.

I have to just shake my head at the ones who are ready to condemn this driver when they do NOT know all the facts. I am sure that each one of them has never had a spot where they were a few mph over the limit with out giving it a second thought!.
and if you want to jump on me now. Just remember, I have NEVER had a speeding ticket in any vehicle my whole 46 years, But that don't mean I have never sped!

Amen, amen! I hear what you mean there. Yeah this one guy who was unlucky with some speeding device is a bad apple because those other guys who claim to be saints on the road when it comes to speed want to speak harshly. Wonder how many of those saying that junk had accidents and stuff.

    Wiseguywireless Thanks this.

Keep in mind we are not talking about one speed. ticket or one a week, we are talking about 3 in a week!

Unless the picture clearly show the drivers face it is not enforceable. It is not the responsibility of the vehicle owner to identify the driver but the job of the issuing agency. Ventura and Oxnard have added photo enforcement all over town, Our company received several tickets in the mail of different tractors I believe 1 was a Yellow (close to red) and the other 2 were speed and in all 3 cases the California court of appeals stated that it was the job of the enforcement agency and the DA to prove the id of the driver. Although the letter sent out by the Police Department made it sound like you had to tell them, turns out not so. The Police like to lie and intimidate to get here way, they will bully you if thats what it takes. A company or an individual never has to incriminate themselves. As far as 3 tickets in a week I would bet that there is not a driver here DOT COPS included that do not comit at least 3 moving violations in a week Get off your holier than thou soap box. I have received 3 tickets in a short period of time, thats seems to be the way they come, so what I have never had a accident or incident that was determined to be my fault. Luck of the draw can get anyone. I would wager to say some of the worst offenders are the cops, but they belong to the turn your head brotherhood.

This board seems to be filling up with posers. We used to call them drugstore truckdrivers... Who cares what about the YEARS of no tickets.

I wouln't be surprised if it wasn't the same Cam that gave all three tickets. Could be a spot where you just go faster there because of a down slope or what ever. I know places where even with my Cruse on, I end up going over the speed limit because of the Grade! Give the guy a break. All those years and no tickets, I doubt he is a speeder!

By the way a lawyer can get at least 2 of those reduced to seat belt or coasting. Better get an attorney. Maybe all 3 , you have to remember that the attorneys also are members of the turn your head brotherhood, which is why you get some much of a better deal when represented.

I was being cynical, as no one seems to be giving any credit for alot of ticket free years.
