Sorry to hear you were fired. Hopefully another opportunity opens soon. A friend of mine's father did the same thing a couple of years ago, he was issued a reckless driving infraction and summarily fired by Marten Transport. No one would touch him. He started driving with Uber to make some money in the interim.

UturnGirl, 4wayflashers and bigguns Thank this.

I would think there are plenty of tanker gigs around Corpus - maybe drive a propane truck - good luck!

    UturnGirl and bigguns Thank this.

UTG, I've always pulled for you and I do now.
That said, I've almost always have known that speeding in a construction zone is really bad juju.
So, you f'ked up and got caught. Well, heck....
But, man, to yank you for a single f up, is pretty harsh.

Hang with @Chinatown, he'll hook you up.
Best wishes. You didn't get this far on looks.
    LOL....

    Dude...she's almost 70.
We need a dedicated drop and hook 6&2, 10&4.
Dragging pipes in the Texas heat probably isn't the way to go.
Appreciate the effort. Stay on it.
    And thanks.

    69 years old,
Government giving away money to sit at home
    On unemployment,
Over 67 so you get max social security,
    It's time to go home.

    You love Corpus Christi,
    You got a place there,
And you stay on the road 3/4 months at a time.
    That's a young mans schedule.
    To each their own.

I'm 51 and love the road more now than ever.

    Coffey Thanks this.

She said he may be interested in a tanker job. Dry van is probably the way to go though.

    UturnGirl Thanks this.
