Yes. I left and went back. I would have stayed if I hadn't moved to Corpus.

Maybe it happened for a reason, anyway?!?!!? ie: For a better opportunity to open up?

I'm no spring chicken myself; wouldn't want the 'physical' handling jobs, either. Hopefully some of the leads @Chinatown is bouncing you, will work out.

I'll keep you in thought and prayer, ma'am.

Im not being a jerk. Had you followed the speed limit in a construction zone, we would not be having this particular conversation. I have faults, and room for improvement. You and anyone as a professional driver have every right to scold me. If you dont want to hear negative comments, I suggest not posting looking for validation on you fault in the first place.

Good luck and I hope many learn from this.

Btw, Just to be honest. A week ago I smoked a rim and tire on a concrete pad that I have driven in between 3000 plus times. There was added distractions over normal. But I'm the owner and operator. I'm the one at fault. Btw this was less than 3 mph. Feel free to judge me for it. I know I do.

I left and went back a couple times at a couple companies , you feel like you have an upper hand the second time around. Was Bolt and expedite company ?

Do you drive the speed limit every where all the time and particularly in work zones? Are you that one exception who drives the speed limit in every work zone every day?

Vehicles that exceed the speed limit in work zones (and every where else) are only one part of the work zone problem. Law enforcement that doesn’t enforce the law or selectively enforces the law are also part of the problem.

Basic driving rule of thumb: vehicles not traveling with the flow of traffic create problems.
