How about there is a big difference in a kid and some self important under educated prick leaning on a shovel.

 

I have seen a lot of crap from road workers, it seems they think they have the right away over traffic. Too many idiots stand too close to traffic and get pissed when they put themselves in harms way.

My state has a minimal lane width law when it comes to construction and too many times the workers will push out barrier to the point that it is illegal, creating a very narrow lane when there is no need for it. by doing that, they risk getting hit when someone strikes a barrier then the driver is at fault. This was the case on 2014 when it happened, the driver was charged with a crime and it was dismissed because the barrier was illegally placed. The driver went after the city, county and state, plus the construction company and worker in a civil case And he won.

 

Still the same mistake, insurance don't care, speeding is ... speeding.

 

I know you didn't relax, it is good to hear someone actually saying yes I did.

 

TNI has real nice trucks. Looks like they own the trucks and sell them after a couple years. Wonder what the prices are.
