actually I was never kicked off, I had the same truck for a while, one guy got random drug tested and failed, there went 4 days looking for a co driver. Another guy quit in stockton ca. Called his wife and threw in the towel. Went to florida alot. Sat for days. Snow delays. At .22 cpm for the first 6 months, then went to .31 cpm the last 6 months. Nobody ever really stays there, lots of people quitting. And I got into it with ALOT of co drivers...like they not showering, them shutting down at nite cause they didnt like nite driving, oh and the occasional newbie know it all trainer wannabe!

Probably because they figured being a soft shoulder and all, its no wonder the load did not tip over.

Fired you? When you signed a lease?
How much did they make from breaking a lease? Also the school costs? -
I know on the expedited side they tell you right in orientation get stuck on the shoulder for any reason they count it the same as a prevetable accident(running off the road) and your out the door no questions asked. There is 0 tolerance on the expedited side fo getting stuck for any reason. It might be the same on the malone side as we'll and if that's the case then yeah he got fired for "losing control" of his truck and getting stuck on the shoulder.

We used to make $1800 a week. You must be talking about VanEx. We have a buddy that makes $286,000 - with CRST-Malone.
DH made a jump and was paid $1400 for 3 days out, then home. I don't think you know how to run a truck, or find loads.
We couldn't even make our truck payment on $300 a week. You don't really know anything about trucking. -
Back when I drove for CRST, I was averaging 1500.00 or so a week, just need a codriver that's willing to run and not set, I would still run for them if not for my hatred of people, I run solo and love it. CRST is no different then any other company, there in it to make money, so if you cost them money you get booted. I'm thinking the op stopped to pee and got stuck then burnt the tranny trying to get out, when he should have called a tow on his own to fix his misstake instead of wanting CRST to baby him, I know a guy that used to work there and cried when he drove in bad weather knowing he didn't have enough experience and wanted CRST to pay for the two wreckers it took to get him off the cable in Texas, I think he was lucky they didn't bill him for the damage to there truck.
