    Preventable or non preventable?
    Death or injuries?
    Property damages?
If you answer to any above, time to look for a new occupation.
No company or insurance will cover you. Time to sit behind a desk or work at a fast food establishment. :(

There were some companies that were extremely picky to hire me because of (1) speeding ticket that I've obtained within the last three years as well as (1) over-axle citation within the same time frame. You're not going to like this answer (I don't believe in sugar-coating anything):

With you having three accidents within an eight-month time period, you are considered a high-risk liability. Most companies that have decent insurance will not want to touch you because of your record. Secondly, whatever points that you have on your CSA (Comprehensive Safety Analysis) record will also show up on a company's record should they be willing to hire you.

While it's not the end of the world for you, didn't you learn after getting into your first accident? It's getting increasingly difficult to get hired on by anyone with a less-than-stellar driving record.

Just keep looking though. It's not the end of the world yet (May 21st if you're a religious psychopath that misinterprets the Holy Scriptures....)

the points dont transfer to the new company as far as i understand it,but other than that youre correct...

companies that will nit-pick on the ONE speeding tickets are generally going to be the top of the line companies that pay their senior drivers 70,or 80k+ w/ being home every day,so thats a good reason to not speed!

there are otr companies that will hire you w/ 3 speeding tickets in 3 yrs,or even 4 speeding tickets in 3 yrs w/ a few.

1 accident+ 2 speeding tickets and you can prly find a company depending on the circumstances.

seriously, if you need to ask what company will hire you if you have 3 accidents in 8 months.

I also would like to know what kind of company will hire you, so I can stay the eff away from them on the freeway.

If this is true, then I feel for your predicament, but it's painfully obvious that driving isn't for you.

Honestly answering your questions almost none. Reason-if you had 3 accidents in 8 months then the thought process has to be that you're new. 3 in 3 yrs is alot for almost all the big companies to deal with. Second if you don't know to list the types of accidents and how they were reflected on your DAC report i.e. preventable, non preventable, the reason why you were terminated (did they put unsatisfactory safety record on it?) Lastly in such as short time frame there is a lack of attention or you're one unlucky s.o.b. either way maybe it's time to step back for a yr, let the DAC report heal and go to a school to get retrained. After that then you can get back in the game. I'm telling you from personal experience check the DAC first. I had a rollover before and the company didn't put it on my DAC to save themselves on higher insurance premiums and I got another job at the next place I applied and have been fine every since. Good luck going forward!
