I doubt it, he would know he was screwed and do something else. What does failed alcohol test do, it does not keep you from driving.

Yea, but again, I think he would know that, and it probably would have kept him from getting his last job.

 

He also stated the ticket he didn't pay was driving in the 3rd lane that to is a major violation. What other tickets or points are on his license? There is more to this then just two OOS

 

Where is a third lane ticket considered a major violation, I got one in Cali and it was a minor deal. Just the fact is it is another ticket counts against him though.

LOL no, but it has probably been 15 years. It has not been that long since I have read the list of major violations as far as a cdl goes and there has been some added since the start of it, but 3rd lane sure wasn't on it. I doubt it has been over 2 or 3 years.
