If so get rid of it...To much strain on that one spot..See if you can find a stainless version 2 bolt mount..Wilson makes a alum one but i hear they break..
Go crazy driver and get a 6ft fs....

Passenger side is a big no no for a screw in bird perch! It will loosen up due to wind load on antenna. This is what you want mounted on the driver's side.....

Jd....Im tempted to try the previous style modified to fit the latest style plascadia...No real reason to think it will work better but i cant seem to get same results on this truck as i did with previous version..

 

Do yourself a favor and check out @craig_sez vids on YouTube. It will give you some tips on installing the antenna on your Cascadia.
