    When threads are started by recruiters, like this one, they never come back with updates. This had all the hallmarks of a classic recruiting effort. 7 months sinse his last post, don't hold your breath.

    ..as far as background checks go you can probably find out the same info they do by using the web sites they probably use; it will cost you though to get the details on whatever they turn up but at least you'll know what they have on you.. just google background checks & you'll see lots of them to choose from..

    I was just checking my e-mail and it seems that some of you think I might have drowned or am a recruiter.
    Well, I'm OK and I'm not a recruiter.
    I've been rollin' solo across this country since mid May. In fact, I'm waiting to get unloaded here in Cedar Falls, IA.
    I am now a lease driver with Stevens and am doing pretty well fro myself. I'm paying my bills and helping my Mom with money and have begun to increase my bank accounts as well. I would like to get home a little more often but if you're not rollin', you're not earning.
    So, for all of you out there that were concerned about the "SURFER", I'm just fine.
