oh and by the way google First Choice Transport Truckers Report! corp has posted glowing reviews to cover up their unethical business practices to thier current and former drivers! drivers please beware.

 

to add to that poll without the company proving reciepts? just coming up with figures without proving it to drivers? never telling you at orientation that they require all drivers to pay for tolls or they deduct it from your check! safety guy andrew L. told me that it would be fine if it happens just try not to use tolls.

 

operations manager Shaun R states "well were a small company" so first 50 miles of each load you have to agree to do WITHOUT pay for each trip. and we dont pay for tolls! never ever told over phone or at orientation. they leave that out on thier craigslist ads DFW and they also say nothing about manualy unloading heavy pallets often super hard to do as most pallets by shipper are broken cheap and can cause injury to driver and has. by having to use delapedated manual pallet jack which most at reciever leak hydraulic fluid. bottom line cause driver to get injured on the job!! they also male you do this well before they allow you to get any health care coverage 90 days Dont do it drivers!

 

Also thier pay stubs dont show exact breakdown for miles on each trip! not transparent on their payroll and forget getting Payroll to answer for any help what so ever. they will pass you around to different people in office then hang up on you.

 

they have a problem being honest with drivers and from all ive seen first hand they have very little respect for truckers period.
