First flatbed

    Detention killed it. My son-in-law is going to drive for a heavy haul and wrecker co for a while. Much better money and will get invaluable flat and heavy experience. Suspending our authority for now. Keeping the Pete and selling everything else.

    Sorry but that's just wrong. You add in enough extra wiring when you fix it the first time to compensate for the flex in the trailer and you never have wiring problems again.

    With all do respect, how many east trailers have you personally owned? How many doonans? How many wilsons? How many macs?

    Working for a big fleet that owns them doesn't give you any real insight into the these things. How well were they maintained? Were they specced correctly to do the job? As a company driver you just don't know.

    Take a cracked frame rail for example. Did it crack because it was built bad or did it crack cause it was specced as a ultra light rail and they put a 50k lb coil and whipped a u turn in a tight parking lot without dumping the suspension in the back axle?
