I just ran the numbers to include the load I am picking up tomorrow. With FSC and accessorial pay, I am at $1.91 per loaded mile to the truck. I can't complain about that at all.

On my way to LP as driver trainer, I have contract that it's 1.45 average minimum, but get this, I get paid that 1.45 for ALL miles driven between me and other driver.
Is this legit? Asking thousands of questions and also researching and I just find it hard to believe.
Making $1300 local salary right now with tues/wensday off. I'd hate to go out there only to find I'm making more like 1000-1300 Max after deductions.
This is for van division -
I know nothing about the van side at all, sorry.
Bean Jr. Thanks this. -
How's it going? Im coming up on my month mark here. So far so good. Money is great if I can keep my truck from breaking down due to regen dpf issues. I'm saving up for the delete of said items. Also had a noob mistake and ruined a perfectly good tarp. :/

Carpet remnants are your tarps best friend!
Rates are decent as long as I stay out of Minnesota and Nebraska (lost money on that last week). DPF and Regen issues are why I will keep this old Classic on the road.Bean Jr. Thanks this. -
I just got raped leaving Denver lol. Dead head 600 miles. Knew it would happen.

Yeah, gotta love places like that.

3 weeks in and the rates are horrible for most customers. I have found a small handful of decent $1.90/mi customers, but very few.
I doubt I will spend much more time with them as I cannot afford their heavy cheap freight.Bean Jr. Thanks this. -

No, not anytime soon. They did me a huge favor this week and have really earned my respect. I will continue to work on improving how I do things.
