The engine blew on a 2019 truck?
How many miles were on it went down?
How many miles were on it when you entered into the lease agreement?
Does it have a warranty?
Is it a manufacturers warranty or a third party warranty?
What caused the engine failure?
What does your lease agreement state in regards to catastrophic equipment failure?

 

Ok so did u call owning department? Is this covered under your warranty? U need to be talking to somebody to get this situation under control before u get put out of business

Even without extended warranty, the standard Detroit engine warranty is two years unlimited miles. So you may be good for the repair.
Even an owner operator with a standard loan is still responsible to make payments on schedule if the truck is down.

 

He probably doesmt have enough money to tow it to a dealership.

 

Did it happen in the 1st 30 days.....?
I mean 30 days from the date you signed and the date it blew...
If yes it's covered 100%. Part will be detroit and the rest thru usx..

Yes usx will defer payments for things like this....
Hotel is on you so rent a car and go home for now.... it will take 1-3 WEEKS to get it fixed

 

That's what I like about this place, no matter what the issue, some one has an answer.
