After post 27 I'd say pay the fine and take your chances. If you go to court all that other stuff will be brought up .and you could be held responsible..

Just finished school before printing my cdl was driving on i35 kansas to Oklahoma speed limits change from 75 to 45 occording to the officer witch I did not notice. got pulled over for doing 65 on a 45 in a CMV. The last lawyer group I spoke with told that state have a strict law on cdl

 

With trucking companies, 15 and over is reckless driving.
Try to get it reduced to below 15 mph over or you'll probably be fired.
