first time through scales?

    In all your bickering you forgot the most important part, the thing the veteran drivers don't know. If the speed limit through the scale is 35 MPH, go 30-35 MPH if you can, you'll probably have a driver in front of you going 15 MPH. He's most likely a lease driver scared to death that he'll get pulled in for inspection. They run 5,000 miles a week and gross thousands of dollars too, even though the net pay is what matters.


    If you get pulled in for inspection, be nice, talk to them like they're people. They are.
    If they see you're real tired even though your logs show you're legal, they find something to put you out of service.
