Reading all these horror stories of Pam transport and people only making like 2-300 a week? This can't be true right? My current job I make like 400 a week. I'm looking to get into the industry to make more not less lol...

You should easily gross 600-800 a week at any mega company.

What you hear about PAM is true. I know 3 people personally at Swift who came from PAM and are doing way better now. Swift will pay for training. We have a terminal in Ocala where I believe they also train.

You will make less if they want you to. In fact, if you are a trouble maker, sit and make nothing. Dispatch is like a God sometimes. It rains on those who deserve it and does not upon those who need to be weeded out.

It's a feast and famine out there. Some weeks you have it hand over fist. That is when you put most of it away next week you might not have any.
