I hate to beat a dead horse but let me once again point out the obvious. And this time I will use all caps.

THE DRIVER MAKES ALL THE MONEY THE COMPANY TAKES IN.

So companies that pay your tuition are simply paying you with money you have already earned. They do this by not paying you what you are worth. The owner of the company does not go out and get a second job so he can pay for a drivers education or to give a sign on bonus. This is also true for Social Security, insurance and all other things.

Pam pays it drivers the least of any company I have noticed. They do make their drivers better. I have no problem hiring and ex Pammer.

Just remember without drivers, there are no companies. That is why companies are looking to put robots in their trucks. The day your company goes to driverless trucks in one truck. Every other company driver should stay home.

We may have the fancy Tesla’s and all now but I don’t think that in our life time we have to be concerned with losing our jobs driving to machines.

At some point the machines will (Or robots) will become the goal of the entire human race. Once California succeeds in banning liquid fueled gas and fuel cars and SUV's etc in the 2040's time period... the rest of the USA will probably make it happen.

Hopefully by that time I would be roughly 80 plus and have no need of a car. A machine will take care of everything. Yah right. /sarc.

You can't argue with them. They believe what they'll believe and rarely listen

They could pay for themselves in a couple of years, if you use them to drive in the HOV lane.
