OP, just walk or jog for 30 minutes during your 10 hour break. Then shower and sleep. Stay away from truck stop food. Energy output > energy input.
I did insanity a few times before I got my CDL; good stuff. But there's no room to do it on the road unless you've got an empty van trailer everyday. Truckers do get to shower everyday during our 10 hour break, some just choose not to shower. -
Bring broke helps.
TruckerNerd and Cottonmouth85 Thank this. -
A great way to get a lot of responses, some good, some bad, some goofin', is to put some female flesh in your photo. Truck drivers respond very readily to just a hint of a pretty girl, don't they?

Carrots and celery are good snacks. Bell peppers. It becomes a discipline. Sugar in your coffee or soda will screw you up good. Exercise is hard if your in the snow. I have a big piece of carpet I put down for push up, sit ups & leg lifts. Have some barbells, and most of all walk. Walking you can always do. One hour is about 3 miles.

I work flatbed. Plenty of exercise cranking down load securement.

I take very small steps. An hour is what it takes me to get from the front row to the front door....

I'm a Truck Driver, this is my exercise when I get home. Otherwise I have to save my energy up for when I am home.
