I desperately need a new headliner for my 2003 Freightliner FL-112 Daycab.
Does anybody know where I can get one for a reasonable price?
Mine went bad because of an old water leak. the fiberglass part just disintegrated.

They advertise mostly Peterbilt and KW because thats most popular. They do some Freightliner. Give them a call/email.MIg25 Thanks this. -
Those Business Class headliners were the worst from 2001-03. The material was horrible. The ‘03 FL60 we had was like a fiberglass felt that would crack and flake. We tried not to touch it in the wintertime because it would mar up if a ball cap rubbed up on it. We had the original replaced pretty quickly when still under warranty. Then again after the FL dealer broke it while getting to the air horns. The ‘99 I still have is thick heavy form molded cardboard with nice vinyl covering. Still holding up great after 22 years.
I’d say try to find an earlier vinyl covered one in a salvage yard if you can. 99% of them were in a neutral Dove Gray color.
Also try Vanderhagg’s. -
No kidding, you are 100% correct. Mine is thinner than cardboard, it disintegrated when I touched it.
In my Volkswagen Jetta, the fiberglass part is almost 1/4 inch thick, then there is the padding. talking about quality... -
Check with raney's out in lowa and adelmans in Ohio
MIg25 Thanks this. -
Adelmans may be ok. I was just there a month ago and I wasn’t allowed to take any of the interior wall/ upholstery panels. The dash parts were fair game. Maybe since he has a daycab its ok. I was in sleeper section for FLD120’s.MIg25 Thanks this.

Might be better to just make one. Plenty of vinyl on Amazon. Even nice pleated vinyl. 3 M spray and some cardboard, pegboard or thin plastic. A little foam. I plan on making my own.... someday. Lol
