    That's not actually true. Heck, even FMCSA has guidelines to log out (or show PC) for the ag exempt 150 miles. It's not far to expect all PC to be able to be logged out.
    They even have in the regs what to do with "unidentified miles"

    It makes sense actually too. If one is off duty, logs out, then PC's to a movie the ELD is still accurate. He's still off duty.

    No, his problem is he admitted to going to get parts for the tractor, and that is on duty work.
