Thats what hooked me. I like the work and I like the brotherhood. I like the trucks and the various trailers. I like the loaders (usually a crane rigging crew).
I like the feeling of satisfaction I get after every load is delivered.

If yous want a real work out try hauling cars,.........Walk roughly a mile per car to find and load them,........A 9 car load can make for lots of fun!!!,...... -
- Very little bumping a dock....I bump a dock about 50% of the time..next....
- Load or unload during daylight hours....Hmm...I get to play vampire about 30% of the time......not that bad.....

Want some real fun...go to Cheveron's right of ways in the Santa Susannas CA-14/I-5...... The ROWs are the old wagon-train trails from the High Desert to San Fernando Valley....Bad enough with a "Flat-rack/"Gang-truck".....try them with an end-dump...... -
