No. i'am more worried about the pea brain driving there car at 70 mph weaving in and out of traffic texting on the phone trying to get no where fast than i am about any truck driver. The chance of the car driver hitting and hurting my family are alot higher than the truck driver pulling a flat with out an indorsement.

There's already laws in place (that aren't enforced) to ensure cargo is adequately secured so adding an endorsement into the mix will accomplish nothing but feeding the Government more money. Lack of knowledge isn't the greatest problem when it comes to load securement, the biggest problem is driver laziness! Fix that and you won't have shat falling off of wagons!Tazz Thanks this.

All for enforcement of securement laws. Endorsements prove nothing but you can answer 20 questions on a TV.
Nothing overly special about securing a load on a flat that would require or benefit from an endorsement. -
Unfortunately, those two items seem to be in short supply.Treefork Thanks this.
