I get that. I just mean starting out and changing careers. Initially, I need to bring home a certain amount for my family, and as long as I can do that, I dont care as much about the hours. Then I can work myself into a better situation.

That is true. Florida runs on percentage has jacked me up. Going in im happy and coming out im a walmart greeter. Or atleast making the same $.
Theres probably no perfect pay structure. If i was on mileage id be mad at short hauls and city traffic. -
