I got a 2009 volvo mid roof. 485 Cummins Isx. I average 7.6 for the year. I run 58 to 60mph usually at 1350 rpm in 12th gear. Don't idle much. If I do 70mph it drops to 6.4 or so. I run from Minnesota usually south east or south. Sometimes upstate NY. Haul alot of light pipes and heavy coils.
