250k gross for flatbed is doable. Just depends on how hard you like to work. It also depends on how much the outfit you are leased to takes, or how succesful you are at getting loads and managing your money if you are running your own authority. Some can get over 300k Gross doing just flatbed.

Lone Star is a good company. An address/phone number is only a Google search away. It took me all of 30 seconds to find it when I applied to them.

I'll tell you the real truth... you ready for it ?

The gross pay doesn't mean anything, because you don't know what their expenses were. The net pay doesn't mean anything because you don't know how good their accounting is. Their house and the car they drive, boats, vacations, etc... don't mean anything because they might have all that stuff on credit. So how do you know if an O/O is making good money ? you don't, and you never will. Well, I guess maybe they die and then their widow dies and they leave 3 million to a charity or something. That's how you usually find out somebody is loaded, if you ever do....

Try to quit worrying about money and you'll probably find it easier to get, that's my advice.
