Might as well enjoy working 9-5 like a normal person while you can though, right?

There's some new flatbeds here in Pittston with the skirts. They look like a float in a parade.

I've already voiced my opinion about em. If they get tore up due to some of the cornfields and such we
Have to pull into, they better not be whinin to me about it.

So far I've had on average 1 bad detention per month. It sucks when it happens but it doesn't happen a lot.
Flatbed you have to get loaded then secure and sometimes tarp.. and then undo it all. That's not exactly quick and easy.

Reefer trailers are very expensive though if you wanna buy one.
    Skateboards, not so much.

Ahhh this dude couldnt last that long in one of those doors anyway. But if he could then that would just lower the chances of her knocking on my door next and waking me up. So more power to ya buddy.

Strapping an tarping goes a bit faster than you would think. Well for most anyways. Tellin ya. I've done both box and flatbed, I wouldn't pull another box for it. But everyone has their own niche. Mine just happens to be flatbedding.

12 to 15 hours in a door? Twice in 7 years, both on the company side.

I think I spent over 12 hours in a door once at a grocery warehouse in Buffalo. When I docked the lumpers came out and told me that they would have to do me last because my load broke down from 24 pallets to over 200, and they wouldn't have room on the dock until everyone else was done. I needed a 10 anyways so there were no complaints, and in my next settlement was over $700 in detention pay from the delivery.
