Thanks, I was looking at a company (R&D) I think that does alot of pulling flatbeds and Haz for the DOD, I would think that would be a sweet outfit, pulling explosives, munitions and so! Just have to decide and then get some real world experience. After several years as a Level 1 Trauma Nurse, I have no issues with STRESS!! Thanks for your response.

I think you are speaking of r&r and I have seen them with flats, tanks and vans. They do all haz and did stuff. Top paying also.
-
Exactly. Sounded exciting! Have you been to Laredo lately? Seems like you were always waiting to get out of there.lol
-
I've only been once and I was reloaded the day I dropped. I've heard of some waiting there.
-
My bf was there last week and picked up as soon as he delivered.
-
Does he have an unusual waiting time to load/unload, and can he go into all 48 and Canada?
-
To my knowledge he's never had long waits on anything. As of right now Boyd mainly runs east of 35 if I'm not mistaken. I'm not sure at all about Canada.

Since ya'll live in Ky. ( I'm bout 60 miles north of Cincy) does he get by the house often or is he out 2-3 weeks at a time; if you don't mind me asking. I see quite a few Boyd trucks in Cincy area.
-
He's been home all but the past 2 but he was also home for Christmas Eve and morning so that made up for it lol. His home terminal is in Cincy. That's also where he did his orientation. Most times that he's been home, he's been on his way to OH.
