Flatbed pay cpm after phase 2

I agree with you. I.M.O. a fair pay for tarping should be 50$ to tarp and 25$ to untarp, since tarping takes a lot longer then untarping. The reason i say this, the company invest money on buying tarps and equipment, also they should make some money too.
But 100$ for both tarping and untarping would be better.
