Deffinately you lose your femininity. Unless your wonderwoman.
Are you shorter than 5'5" ? Yes deffinately more dirty LOL:biggrin_25523:
Ive done it here in the blowing wind @minus 30F and heading into a blowing ice storm. Also in wonderful weather. You can not tell Im a woman after I get done tarping, straps & chains in either weather. :biggrin_25510:

I'm 5'7, and definately do get dirty. Good thing I found out as a kid that it's ok to get dirty since it washes off anyway :)
I am fortunate to team with my husband so he is nice to me and does the really hard stuff so I don't have to. (he always puts the tarps on the load if we have to tarp, then we secure it together)

That would tell me a couple things :

    1) You are totally clueless when it comes to securing your load.

    2) You did not check your load securement after a few miles to ensure all your straps were tight.

If secured right, and checked after a few miles for retightening due to settling of the load , short of hitting a brick wall at 60 MPH your pipe should never come near your cab. :mcool:

I think you should pull a box first. Learn how to get yourself out of trouble with a trailer that DOESNT have spread axles. Get some miles under you before you have to think of proper load securement as well. You either love it or hate it. I for one wont be seen bumping docks.....ever :biggrin_25522::biggrin_25513:
