    I think one of his problems is as he described, they loaded it on flat on the trailer with NO dunnage. If the trailer has an arch(as most do), it could be a problem.

    I worked flatbed for 10 Years I loved the challenges loved tarping but man looking back It never payed nearly enough for all the hours you put In on loads

    I always belly wrapped strapped the 2nd tier to the bottom tier right in the center where they meet so you squeeze the top tier to the bottom tier, I’ve also tried chains which is easier if you have ratchet binders due to minimal space to work with
