    One other option you might look at is Averitt.
    Good, bad or ??, Don't know.
    They do have a flatbed division. Gonna be a regional line haul type of thing.

    The good part is they do train for flat bed, pay OK for the training time as well.

    Well just finished talking to Kristin at PGT. It looks like I will be at orientation Jan 9.


    Really not looking forward to the long bus ride.... Takes greyhound over 24hours to go 583mils...

    Bus!...Noooooooooooo. Look at He..z. I found a deal from them for LESS than the bus ticket. I too am going to orientation on the 3rd. Different outfit though. They said they would pay whichever is less. Good luck.

    Im thinking about flying and i am only a 8 hour bus ride away it cosy less for me to fly

    I have less than 0 dollars to my name, if i had the cash id buy a plane ticket in a heart beat. But Ill take what ever they are picking up the tab for.

    In the grand scheme of things, it could be worse, so ill make do.

    As for the date, That is just what I was told is the first open date, so not sure about the one on the 3rd, maybe its full or they are pushing it back.

    In any event, still a couple weeks out, so waiting on particulars till the first of next year really.

    They told me that if I wanted to travel by plane they would buy it for me...... Have you tried to ask if they will do the same for you. Are you a student driver or experience????
