Flatbed Securement equipment Locations

    I'm 3 months into driving a step deck and the one issue I have is finding a good store in each city/state where I can buy Tarps,Straps, Chains and etc at a reasonable price.

    NO HARBOR FREIGHT

    Chains and straps can be purchased at any hardware store .... Not sure about tarps

    I would think you could buy enough to cover what you need, n then replace as necessary... shouldn’t need a place to buy in EVERY city/state.....?

    Google for tarp shops.

    Straps around my hood can be bought at any trailer repair/dealer. Winches and binders too.
    They can also be found at truck dealers.

    Never had to pick up chains.

    Home time is a good time for picking up spares. If you live in the city. It's the cheapest place. Straps used to be $11 vs. $35 out on the road.

    You know bout Kaplan Tarps over by Manchester, CT? You can get chain n securement articles from Berubes, I don’t recall it being cheaply priced... securement is priced fair at Atlantic Star Trailers in Cheshire CT, in my opinion; they’re acrosst the street from Bozzutos.

    I started this thread for ppl like me who just started out can know of places to go to purchase good quality equipment so if y’all know business names like how Ruthless just did that will help #ThanksInAdvance
