Flatbed specific CPM vs % pay

    Thanks for the recommendation. I will look into them. Im coming up on about a year with TMC.have 6 months prior flatbed driving a class b with a buggy. So I don’t have enough experience quite yet. But I’ll look into them and keep them in mind for the future. Couple questions. Do you tarp a lot of loads? Do they pay you well for tarping? What type of freight do you haul mostly? And what’s your average length of haul

    Hey man thanks for the info. I don’t quite have enough experience for them yet but I will look into them for the future. I’m coming up on a year with TMC. And have 6 months prior flatbed but it was class b.

    Go ahead and talk to Johnny the recruiter, the 2 year mark isn't carved in stone. They are hiring drivers with zero flatbed experience and actually running them with a trainer until comfortable, so you have a leg up with TMC training.

    Percentage pay works better as long as you don't have to dead head 500 miles for a backhaul.And as long as u haul quality freight.
