If any of them are, I'd suspect it'd be the DDEC V, & VI engines with VNT turbos, egr, & dpf systems..
@jamespmack would be the guy who knows for sure..
For the record I run a 1992 11.1L series 60, 350hp. I only gross 55k lbs. Not exactly sure on the miles, but it shows 1.15 million, 34,xxx hours. As of now the only thing major that been done is a camshaft that had some scoring on it, most likely from dirty oil. Probably could've ran that cam a while longer, but replaced it last year about this time..DieselDisciple, Dino soar, Swine hauler and 5 others Thank this. -
Not trying to steer you away from a Cummins..
They are excellent engines from most everything I hear. Just something else to consider if the right truck comes your way..
