So what is this mystery piece that just has to rest on the deck of a trailer and not be supported by dunnage?
If itll sag on the ends from a trailer with an arch why cant it have dunnage on the ends to make up the difference?
It's because it's too tall isnt it? I bet if you have a flat with an arch and you shim the ends then youd be over 13'6 and you dont want to pay the cost of oversize permits?
Flatbed with no arch or curve

Look into Great Dane combo flatbeds, we have them and it has no arch that is visible to the eye. At least 2014 trailers didn’t

A lot of the hotshots have air ride that may be youy best bet outside of dry van for a flat trailer. Other than that if the load isn't heavy enough to flatten out a trailer you may have to make a level surface for loading large pallets with a solid top could be a option

When your product absolutely positively has to be rigid, THAT'S how you do it. Ibeam base, dunnage on the ends only. Securement only at the dunnage. Much cheaper way than a specialty trailer. Once they build the ibeam, put a couple daft florescent stickers for the stick and brick haulers that say "put securement here only" to prevent them from trying to to strap down in the middle. They do it wrong, insurance claim.

You might wasnt to check with a vision doctor about getting glasses. Great Dane combos absolutely have an arch. Not much of one, but it's there and easily seen if you are sitting on flat level ground.

Boyd was selling some of their raildecks. It’s a 53’ iso flat rack. This would allow preloading securing the parts before the truck arrives.

For a trailer that is flat enough to not be able to use shims... I'm curious how flat they think it will stay as its bouncing its way down the road.

load king trombone trailers.

We have a perfectly flat-flatbed trailer. Depending on your location, and where you ship to, we can probably haul it.
