Actually, I have an extra one of these in the garage, minus the thermos holder on the back. It screws to the floor against the passengers seat. I'd gladly send it to you if you want it.

Actually I'm taking my passenger seat out so that I have more floor space so I don't think that will work for me.
But thank you again for your generosity.singlescrewshaker, Rideandrepair, Shawn2130 and 1 other person Thank this. -
I was wondering how that thing comes out of there.
That's pretty neat that he cut the hole in it with the hole cutter because if you have a large coffee the cup does sit too high.
Good food for thought.singlescrewshaker, Rideandrepair, Shawn2130 and 2 others Thank this. -

The Freightliner engineers should've been beat senseless for such a contraption. I ran a Classic for a few years with that same cup holder. It's worthless on Pennsyltucky's "roads".
One night I stopped at a gas station for coffee. I bought a 20 ounce french vanilla cappuccino (was a thing I went through for a short time, still unsure why). Anyhow, I set the cup in the holder and headed up the road. There's a set of train tracks I had to cross, and they're on a 90 degree turn. If the tracks are wet from rain, the front end slides when the tires hit the wet steel. And it's very bumpy.
I get to the tracks, they're wet, and the front end slides a bit. When it caught and straightened out, I'm reaching for the cup. Well the #### thing jumped out of the so called cup holder, does a cartwheel, top comes off and spills the sticky mess all over the floor.
I pull over, open the door and watch the sticky mess run out on the step and onto the ground. I cleaned it up the best I could until morning when I ripped the carpet out and gave it a good scrubbing. The smell never really did go away.
My advice? A roll of duct tape on the floor. Cups fit in nicely and they don't fall overDino soar and Speed_Drums Thank this. -

Laxy Thanks this. -
I love my FLD 120 but the cup holder was not a good design.
Part of that may be because Daimler is a German company I believe and in Germany they don't drink 24 oz coffees like we do here in the United States. They drink like little 6 oz cups of espresso and that's about it.
