I also have a 1993 Freightliner FLD with no cruise control and I also have 2.4 volts at the on-off switch I brought my truck to the dealer and they hooked up another ecm2 it and did the same thing I was wondering if it could be a ground problem and where are the grounds located for the cruise

Any cruise problems I’ve had are caused by, clutch safety switch, Either one of the two actual switches themselves, the speed sensor on trans, or the air application switch on the parking brake. In that order.
