cab mounts look ok, air bag and valve work, i have bandnew king pins in, the old ones did the same thing as the new ones, i changed the steering box four times at freightliner and all of them feel pretty much the same. @ truckmechanic pump came back at 2400 psi, i checked the lines and filter was replaced

That's a head scratched you got there I would check the rear suspension out and spring hanger and leaf spring bushings it might be in the tear suspension its worth looking in to

What is your caster set at on the front axle? You may need to increase caster.
-
Finally someone mentioned caster!
Have you had the same alignment shop do alignments?
If so you might try a different shop. -
king pins are brand new, and don't bind, i noticed the box gets VERY hot is that normal ? this is going to force me to sell the truck, ive had every local shop, dealer look at it and they have no idea

I am joining the Caster band wagon. Many car haulers get lowered suspension and the caster is one the steering geometries that get messed up quickly and easily. Do you have any of the alignment print outs?
-
Your caster Should be in the neighborhood of 5.5 degrees, if it isn't the steering gear will work harder and show more heat, but it shouldn't be firecracker hot. Can you touch it without burning your hand?
-
no print outs and i know for a fact they didn't touch the caster at all since setting it involves shimming the front axle and that was untouched, as far as the box temp its hot to the point that you can't put your hand on it for make then a second
