Do you have those big wide tires up front? That will make things more sluggish.

Does this thing have a steering stabilizer shock or any of those mechanisms on tie rod bar or steering knuckles?

When you had the front end jacked up and drag link disconnected, did you turn the wheels side to side by hand? If not, give it a try and see how it feels, shouldn't take much effort to move. I've seen bad kingpin thrust bearings do this too before, can be sneaky because the wheel will turn just fine when jacked up because the spindle is actually resting on the shim washers at the top the axle and not the bearing at all. Once it is back on the ground and the bearing is loaded again, and gets tight.

You said you had the king pins changed is the bearing on the lower side of the spindle I actually have seen a guy put the bearing on the top and the shims on the bottom. Did you ever check the leaf spring bushings? The whole steer axle can be out of alighnment.does it do it with the trailer unhooked?

tires are regular size not wide, king pins and pushing are all good, caster is set high and truck is aligned, it over steers and the wheel feels heavy, you need two hands and left to right motion non stop to keep the truck in one lane, and even with all that its almost impossible to drive. it really feels like the power steering is weak or too stiff idk :|

Sorry if someone already suggested this (i read a few pages and didnt see it).

Have you checked the bearing in the steering wheel? The easiest way to check is unhook the upper u-joint then spin the steering wheel.

What ever became of the point where you removed the steering shaft from the gearbox input shaft and clamped a vice grip to the input shaft and it felt rough and hard to turn?
