So I have been working at APP Fuel here in Washington State as a fleet fueler for around 3 months and I've noticed my respiratory health has been in decline. For those that don't know, I deliver fuel directly into saddle tanks of trucks so i'm constantly trying to dodge the diesel "mist" "fumes" but it acts like the smoke from a camp fire so it usually follows you.

I was wondering if you guys had any good suggestions from personal use like face masks, balaclavas that work well with diesel? I tried some 3m white masks from walmart but those did not work. The job is pretty physical so nothing bulky.

You could wear a respirator. Don't have to be real bulky.

Are you in Seattle? If so I'd recommend trying to get a jet shift.
