I’m kinda curious what a “fleet manager” is ??

 

A Roman Assigned Barrel of a Bad Dude walking up and down the plank between the Trime'ne rowers slamming scouring cats tails into those who are not sufficiently showing power and motivation as the Gods demanded of them in Captivity.

Those may be deemed a liabiliy to the ship or fleet in this case and sent overboard without a care to their future, if any.

If you want to run hard all year, pull reefers.
If you're under contract with current company, then you're SOL.

 

Your pay situation does not matter.

Whining about did. And hurt yourself.

Keep your head down and hope they forget this faux pas of a really bad situation. They want truckers, not sniveling snotdripping children unhappy and crying over everything.

You can be paid ten dollars to deliver in the morning. Keep 6 and use the other 4 for a hardees sourdough breakfast sandwich of your pleasure after you are empty.

Minus taxes of that meal you now have 6.00 saved. No matter how crappy they pay you or really well...

 

I think that sums it pretty well.

 

Look for another company.

 

Anyone who is brave or foolish enough to sign up for a Dollar account, there's no way they're letting them go once they sink their claws into you.

 

If you did not promise to work on the dedicated account for a certain amount of time, then tell your F/M and his supervisor that they have two weeks to move you back to where you were or your resigning. If they're arrogant enough to not move you back, then it is no loss to you.
