With the way freight is now, I call BS. Your company has dispatchers that fill a office phone calling half the fleet asking questions is

You empty Yet? Why not, When. Where. etc.

Listen on your dispatchers as a whole floor. If they are running about, some language as parents talking to a child or a angry wife correcting husband 2000 miles away etc. then alls well.

If they are quiet and gathered somewhere with the best chairs and fellowship ignoring their computers for half a day or whatever.. then the possibility must exist your company is not rolling. Reinforced by a over stuffed trailer yard, a VERY large remuda at the shop tractor storage and drivers constantly going home. (Hope in so and so's quit truck and glance at free macros in QC to see if they wrote very large stubborn shorts against the dispatcher for loving on them. And most of them are smiliar, then you probably have uncovered a company wide quitting streak based on something VERY damning.

That also means you out too.

Any time a company has a "fleet manager " or "driver manager" ,run for the hills.

Fleet managers are the people who buy the carrier from the original owner, than become the big hoss, big chief, and walk around with a hand rolled cigar in mouth most of the time.
