Spoken with a couple of companies today and they both mentioned "flexible E logs" with 24 hr support. Im assuming this is illegal but how are they doing this and what are they doing?
Depends what it is…if they advertise a ton of miles than you’ll probably have 2 log books… otherwise the logbook can be completely edited including drive time… they usually edit it for you if your stuck in traffic or lost time at shipper or receiver…. Just like loose leaf can be rewritten…. id personally stay away from a company like that…if they advertise that stuff than it already smells funny…. A company that is successful and fair won’t need to rewrite your logs or give you 2 of them…
