Floating or Double Clutching at Roehl

    I can double clutch just fine, but I prefer to upshift slipshifting.
    But it's easier for me to double clutch when downshifting.

    I float the lower gears and double clutch the upper gears. I also double clutch my downshifs... For me personally, it's smoother. Less beating up of my tranny. Besides, it seems that in the lower gears, my foot is on the clutch more than the gas... So it's just quicker to float it.
