    I will say here in SC we had 0 training on CMV’s. If we had a issue or a crash involving one we called DOT.

    I agree. We use a midi excavator three to four times a week on the farm to load. Dudley-Do-Right’s personal opinion is irrelevant.

    If in doubt, I’d call the local prosecutor’s office and request an opinion. When Dudley-Do-Right feels the weight of his badge becoming heavy, I’d be almost inclined to give him the opportunity to have a Judge explain it to him.
