Florida Man......again and again

Just out of curiosity what timeframes are we talking about. The guy I knew did this back in the early half of the 90’s most likely around 92 as best as I can estimate at the time I remember two other incidents being talked about. One was a DUI issued to a bicyclist and an other that happend during the winter months when someone’s husband sat in the drivers seat of her car while 2 police officers helped to push it out of a snowy parking spot. As soon as the car was out the guy got out and wished his wife a good night at work turned around and the two cops that helped push thier car out initiated a DUI arrest.
