I would advise you find a Magliner dealer close to you and go have a hand cart assembled to your specs. Take it home with you, after every route, as that industry segment is a ruthless group. I even bought my own pallet jack, which I would take home in my pickup, because of what the idiots would do to other people’s equipment. However, I always had great equipment to make deliveries.

Some suggestions: magnesium blade, because it’s lighter than aluminum and the edge always stays sharp; friction brakes, because they’re simpler and lighter weight than disc brakes; pneumatic tires, because hard tires don’t roll over bumps and thresholds very well; loop handle, so you can hold the cart with one hand and the product with the other. Every part of a Magliner is replaceable, unlike most every other cart brand. Good isn’t cheap and cheap isn’t good, especially when the hand cart is going to be the most vital tool you’ll be using.

    Good luck.
